I am pleasantly surprised at how nice the cashews are. They are slightly softer than another brand I previously purchased, but they are way better than the cheap, bulk stuff I can get at Sprouts. And, I love that they are “fair trade.” These cashews are good for both eating and for food preparations. I will buy them again.

The cashews are great. I ordered 3, 3 lbs bags. What was NOT great was getting three separate deliveries over three days. They should have all come at once. Hopefully the next shipment makes more sense.
