The best of both worlds, delicious + healthy, these spicy cauliflower nuggets are guaranteed to be the life of party!
3/4 cup flour
4 tbsp NOOCH IT! Cashew Grated Cheeze
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup non-dairy milk
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup melted vegan butter
Mix batter ingredients together in one bowl and in a second bowl, add the panko crumbs.
Toss all the cauliflower florets in the batter, then dip each floret in the panko crumbs shaking off excess panko and place onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 450F for 20 mins flipping halfway through.
While baking, melt vegan putter and mix with buffalo sauce.
Brush or toss each floret in buffalo sauce and bake for 8-10 mins or until crispy.
Broil for a few minutes if desired. Serve with vegan ranch or blue cheeze for dipping.
